Deposit Claim Fees

In addition to the subscription fee, we charge a small fee only when you make a claim against a security deposit:

  • EEA countries: 4.9% + €1 fixed fee
  • United Kingdom: 5.9% + €1 fixed fee
  • All other countries: 5.9% + €1 fixed fee

How does the 14-day free trial work?

Our free trial gives you full access to all features for 14 days. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, you can choose to subscribe or your account will be automatically downgraded to a limited free version.

How is the subscription fee calculated?

Our subscription fee is charged per property. You can choose between monthly (€8 per property) or yearly (€6 per property per month, billed annually at €72 per property). You only pay for properties that are active in your account during the billing period.

How are deposit claim fees calculated?

When you claim a deposit for damages, a fee is applied based on the guest's payment card country:

  • EEA countries: 4.9% + €1 fixed fee
  • United Kingdom: 5.9% + €1 fixed fee
  • All other countries: 5.9% + €1 fixed fee
These fees are only charged when you make a claim against a security deposit.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as PayPal. For large property portfolios, we also offer invoice-based payments.

Is there a setup fee?

No, there are no setup fees. You only pay the subscription fee (€8/month or €72/year per property) and the deposit claim fees as described above.

What languages are supported for guest check-in?

HostPass supports six languages for the guest check-in experience: English, German, French, Spanish, Bulgarian, and Greek. The system automatically detects the guest's preferred language based on their location, but guests can manually switch languages at any time during the check-in process. All form fields, instructions, and confirmation messages are fully translated to ensure a seamless experience for international guests.
