Responsible for data processing The person responsible for processing the data collected is Impress Bulgaria LLC with EID 205349335 (hereinafter HostPass), owner of the App and the Web Hostpass.

This Privacy Policy governs the collection and processing of personal data provided by accommodation owners when they access and use the features of the App and Web Checkin.

All data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, which repeals Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

Data collection, purposes, legitimacy basis and retention periods: a. Registration in the app/web dashboard and registration of the hosting owner: During registration, the hosting owner is required to provide their identification data, such as name, email, and password. This data will be processed to register you in the application and provide you with access to the services offered.

The legal basis for processing this data is the fulfillment of the contract or the license to use.

The retention period of the data for this purpose will be maintained as long as the Owner remains registered and has not exercised the right to terminate the Application.

b. Subscription: The property owner may subscribe to the services offered by HostPass. For this purpose, you will be required to provide your credit/debit card details. The data will be processed to process payment for the services.

The legal basis for processing this data is the fulfillment of the contract or the license to use.

The data will be stored for as long as necessary to comply with legal obligations or to fulfill claims or obligations arising from the processing.

c. Cookies: The app and the website incorporate technology that allows the implantation of files called cookies into the devices used to access the app and navigate the website. The legal basis for processing this data is the user’s consent.

d. Advertising: HostPass may process the data of users who are owners of accommodations to keep them informed electronically of activities and news regarding information related to the services, based on their legitimate interest. The owner may opt out or exercise their right of objection at the time of registration in the app/website.

The retention period of the data is the period during which you are registered in our system for sending advertising and you have not withdrawn your consent.

Exercise rights Likewise, the User may withdraw consent to data processing by exercising the rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, opposition, and limitation of data processing by notifying HostPass by email to [email protected] or to the address indicated above, indicating "Privacy" in the subject line. For specific reasons and depending on the circumstances, we may request the User to verify their identity with an official document, for example, to prevent third parties from accessing their data in cases of suspected fraud.

Finally, the user may notify any changes in writing or request deletion by writing to one of the addresses provided.

The user may at any time file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency to exercise his or her rights.

Change to the Privacy Policy HostPass reserves the right to change its privacy policy at any time, in compliance with applicable data protection laws and after duly notifying the parties concerned.

The language applicable to this Privacy Policy The applicable language for this Privacy Policy is Spanish. Any version of this Policy in another language will be offered to the user for ease of understanding. However, the Spanish version will always apply to this Privacy Policy.

In case of any discrepancy between the Privacy Policy in any language and its Spanish version, the Spanish version shall prevail.
